Merritt has been with Carmen! Carmen! since 2011. She graduated from Strand College of Hair Design and is currently an Artistic Director who has education through: Sassoon Academy, Aveda Advanced classes, Aveda Congress, and participated in London Fashion Week 2018. She loves to cut and color hair, but her true passions are special styles and bridal hair. Merritt loves being in the beauty industry because for her, it’s exciting and rewarding.
