Sharey is an Advanced Artist who began her salon experience in 2014 and came to Carmen Carmen Salon in 2015. She completed her education at the Aveda Institute/West Charlotte Cosmetology Program. During her time here at Carmen Carmen she has advanced her education taking classes directed by World Aveda Purefessionals Jimmy Girchinchty, Dusty Rhodes, Dell Miller, Ian Michael Black, Ricardo Dennis, and is certified in Keratin Complex. Her favorite services to specialize in are coloring, texture, and cutting. Sharey’s favorite part about being in the hair industry is the smile her guests give her at the end of their service after they see their hair in the mirror, the fact that she can make them happy makes her ecstatic! Her reason for choosing Aveda is because their line is customizable, the quality and products are natural which is important to her. She chose Carmen Carmen Salon because it gives her the opportunity to work with an amazing team, continue her education, and the ability to be creative! Sharey is very detail oriented, attentive to the guest’s individual needs, and feels as though each guest is unique and that their hair should express that.
